My son loves skateboarding. To prevent injuries, I chose Triple8 helmet. Because in extreme sports, this helmet is undoubtedly the best choice for protection. It has a very nice design and excellent quality! I will always choose this brand!

I have some balance issues so I knew a helmet would be best for curling/ but I couldn’t find any curling head protection that worked for me. I wanted one that felt unique and fun. I added some stars to mine and more stickers too. It’s been about a year and has held up great. I forget I’m wearing it. It’s light and comfy. I hope you keep making fun designs so I can keep enjoying being safe while on the ice. 🤩⚡️🥌

I had quite a few small hits on this helmet before one that actually cracked it. I'm still disturbed by the thought of what my head would have looked like without a helmet on. I wasn't doing anything particularly gnarly, just got my weight a little too far forward on a big drop-in: small mistake that would have had big consequences. I have a few friends whose lives have been turned upside down by concussions, so I don't mess around. Wear the helmet!

It did its job well, and its been comfortable. Triple 8 customer service has been excellent while ordering a replacement, too.

We've had these helmets for our boys for 3 years now and last night this helmet undoubtedly saved my son's life. He went head first over his bike handlebars and landed forehead to pavement while going full speed downhill. He walked away with bruises and road rash but otherwise relatively unharmed. His doctor told him upon checking him out this morning that his helmet saved his life because had he not been wearing it he wouldn't be here. We searched for a helmet that was safe and "cool" and dual purpose (bike and skating) and after lots of research found Triple 8 and we're so glad we did! It is worth every penny and we are customers for life!

As part of the growing demographic of skaters over 50 (I’m 61) I’ve been a proponent of wearing helmets for all types of skating for a long time. Over the last 5 decades, I’ve tried and worn just about every type of helmet that came out. My issue has always been finding a helmet that looked good, but more importantly, fit right. I have a small hat size, but not “Kid size.” Most helmets are either too small on the large end of “small”, or too large on the small end of “med”. Now, with the 2 sizes of padding included with the sm/med Certified Sweatsaver, I was able to dial in just the right fit. Small pad in the front, medium pad in the back… PERFECT! I did try it the other way around, but this combo seems to fit best.
This helmet has a nice low profile too, so I don't look like a d!ckhe@d wearing a football helmet or something.
Wear your helmet, keep your brains on the inside, and be around for a long time to share skating with your kids and grandkids!

I spent a few days researching helmets when I came across Triple Eight. My daughter just started skateboarding, and she wanted a helmet that was cool and fit her style. I wanted something that fit well, was high-quality, and didn't feel cheap. I am very pleased with the quality of the helmet and it beats anything I bought elsewhere by a mile. The fit is perfect, and my daughter says it feels snug and comfortable. We live in Los Angeles, and it's warm all year round, so the sweatsaver feature is really awesome. Most importantly, my daughter loves it! Thanks Triple Eight!

So I was skating a local skate park and just doing drop-ins on a 5ft quarter pipe. Had a great time for 30 min with no issues. Last run / hit a pebble - a pebble, and the board stopped and kept going, slamming my side head into the concrete. This thing took the full brunt. No head issues. Ribs are another story but I am alive and no concussion or TBI. It did have the foam separate from the hard plastic - but that means it did its job. 5 stars+ thanks triple8!

Long time longboarder, hit a patch of gravel, GPS showing 29-30 mph right before, lost the back end of the board and a second later my head hit the pavement. I didn’t have time to even process what was happening. A absolute insane smack as head meet pavement. The helmet cracked but I’m alive.

Sure I still had to take a trip to the doc but you know what? I walked away a tad sore but alive with no issues regarding how stupid I am. Small pat on the head by the doc and went to work after on the board.

Just buy it already. Stop reading reviews. It’s an amazing helmet.

Super comfy, and protects that brain you have so you can keep on doing what you love with the people you love.

I’ve gone through two Sweatsavers the past four years but they were the non-certified models. I like the look and the sleekness to them. After watching a buddy take a gnarly slam and knock himself out recently I immediately went online the next morning to Triple8’s website and ordered a Certified Tony Hawk Sweatsaver. Once I got it I quickly put it to the test because within the first two weeks I took a heavy slam doing a Rock and Roll on a vert ramp. Went straight to flat and led with my head unfortunately. I got my bell rung but honestly I was completely coherent and not phased at all. Although the brim of the helmet met my face with the impact and gave me a little gash on the bridge of my nose. Other than that I was completely okay and popped right back up. The certified helmet did its job and I am very grateful for that. Triple8 hooked me up with another promo code to get a replacement since that Tony Hawk model is done for. I went with the Elliot Sloan model this time and those graphics are 🔥. Due to my multiple concussions playing football in college where I had back to back concussions and had a few in high school I am very thankful Triple8 makes a superior helmet that really saves lives. I will not give up skateboarding so it’s good to know this company makes products that work. Thank you!

I wear it every time I am on the ice, unless it is a completion or an ice show.

For me, this helmet fits superbly. Together with the helmet's dual certs it gives me confidence that at the end of the day my brains will NOT be scrambled. And I look damn snappy(!) if I do say so myself. Last, Big shoutout to the customer service folks for helping me select the right one.

Why are we paying $70 to be free, unsponsored advertisers? Whoever designed this should be replaced immediately.

Great service! I needed to exchange a helmet for a different size, and Ashley made the whole process incredibly easy. She was responsive, helpful, and took care of everything right away. The helmet is great quality, too!

The helmet is very comfortable and I completely forget I'm even wearing it, even when it's super hot out and I'm sweating. The only thing I have an issue with is the chin strap. It's probably the same with every other helmet, but if I even tighten it a little, it chokes me when I look down, so I keep it a little loose. But then when I fall backwards, the helmet gets lifted up too much and slightly rolls over my head. It would be great if the strap could be a little bit elastic, but maybe that doesn't meet the safety standards. Who knows.

Looks good, but the real test is when I need it, hopefully never
