By completing the form below, you are officially exercising your legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract under EU consumer protection regulations.

How the process works:

• Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse, your contract will be dissolved immediately and your payment refunded.

• After Dispatch / Post-Delivery: If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, your contract is still legally dissolved upon submitting this form. However, you are required to return the items to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from today.

• Return Shipping Costs: In accordance with EU law, the direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility, unless the items delivered were faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• Confirmation: A timestamped acknowledgement of your withdrawal will be sent to your email address immediately upon clicking "Confirm withdrawal" below.
