What are your standard shipping costs?

Triple Eight ships all orders DPD and charges a flat fee of £6.00 shipping for all orders £29.99 or below. All orders £30.00 or above will be shipped for free to anywhere in the United Kingdom

How do I track my order?
Once you have completed your order through our website, Triple8.co.uk will send you an email with your order details, your order confirmation number and your DPD tracking number. You can then track the status of your order online on the DPD site. Please contact us at enquries@triple8.co.uk should you need any additional information concerning your order.

Are there various shipping options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option – DPD.

How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
All orders are shipped DPD and shipping times can range from 1 to 6 Business Working days based on your location. Orders are normally shipped out the next business day but please allow up to 3 business days for credit card authorization, order processing, and packing.  

Do you accept international shipping addresses?
Triple8.co.uk currently only ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.  Should you have any questions regarding obtaining our product internationally, please contact us via email at enquiries@triple8.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.

RETURNS / WARRANTIES

What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.triple8.co.uk? Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order from www.triple8.co.uk , you may return the merchandise if they are in saleable, unworn condition.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service, of your choice, to ensure your return is tracked and insured. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Please see below for the returns address to send your items to.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in the original packaging and can be resold as such with all tags still attached, etc. If the product is deemed to be used or unsellable, We reserve the right to deny the return request and refuse to issue the purchaser a credit.

Most unopened items in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund.  Items that are opened or damaged, do not have a receipt may be denied a refund. Please contact Triple Eight Customer Service at enquries@triple8.co.uk prior to returning the item. In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the warehouse receives the item.

What if an item I purchased directly from www.triple8.co.uk is defective?

If you receive a defective or have a broken item, please contact us immediately via email at enquries@triple8.co.uk and we will process your return and/or exchange. In order to process your return and/or exchange, you must email us your order number at enquries@triple8.co.uk and Ship To instructions PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR RETURN BACK. Triple Eight will make every reasonable effort to replace the defective item and ship this item to you as quickly as possible.

Faulty Items

 We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact enquires@triple8.co.uk with the following information before returning your item:

The order number
The faulty item's name and number
A description and images of the fault

All faulty goods will be assessed by an expert; if found not to be faulty or to have been damaged from poor use, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
